The face should be pampered with care so that it shows off your confidence and professional mind. So please take care of your skin and follow the tips given below to get healthy and shiny skin.
Wash you Face before Save
Oily skin the main issue almost all men, their skin tend to get oily throughout the day in certain areas, even in winter. Oily skin can skin and block the pores and is the main reason for acne and pimples. So before you shave, wash your face with good face wash to make sure there are no blockages.
Shave in hair direction
To get the closer shave, most men shave against the direction of hair growth, but at the same time, the blade often nicks the buried surface of the hair follicle and creates inflammation. The solution? “Shave in the direction that feels smooth; just do one shaving stroke on each section of the face, so you’re not shaving over and over in one area.
Lather up with water
Before saving your face, get wet your face to make your facial hair softer and suppler and it will be easier to shave and shaving dry will hurt your skin, can cause friction for the blade, and lead to multiple passes with the razor that will increase the chances of cuts, acne and ingrown hair. According to the some research “Men have, on average, slightly more oily skin [than women] because testosterone stimulates sebum production in the hair follicles.” One way you can prevent an unpleasant breakout is to only buy shaving and skincare products that contain the term “oil-free” or “non-comedogenic”. “Non-comedogenic” means it does not cause blackheads or whiteheads. For mild to moderate acne, buy a non-comedogenic cleanser that contains salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide.
Avoid too much moisturizer
If you get dry skin, then only you can apply moisturizer, but if a man get oily skin, and then they have to visit some skin specialist before applying moisturizer on their face. If your skin is dry, you chose your moisturizer carefully and apply it only while your skin is still wet or usually after washing your face or after you’ve had a shower. It should be an oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizing lotion, preferably. Avoid Creams and it tends to be heavier, and may clog pores.
Be smart about sun exposure
If you are outdoors a lot even in the winter season, you’re exposed to ultraviolet radiation from the sun, and it adds up, it’s a cumulative dose effect. It also penetrates through windshield glass if you’re driving a lot. You need to add a good sunscreen lotion in your product list which should not be less than SPF 30. During the dry winter months, men can use a moisturizer with sunscreen in it.
