Horrifying last moments of mom eaten alive by tiger while trying to save daughter who’d been dragged away

last moments of mom eaten alive by tiger

A disturbing video showed how a safari trip went terribly wrong and resulted in the death of a guest who was dragged away by a tiger.

The footage was taken from wildlife park, Badaling Wildlife World in Beijing, China, in 2016, and shows a woman exiting her car while passing through the Siberian tiger enclosure with her family.

Warning: Distressing Footage:

Like many safari-style experiences, visitors to Badaling Wildlife World are permitted to drive their own cars around the park, but they are forbidden from getting out of the vehicle in certain enclosures.

The woman in the video, whose surname is Zhao, signed an agreement before entering the park which stated she would not exit her vehicle.

However, she later claimed to have believed the document was some kind of registration to enter the park, and that the ticket taker did not explain what she was signing.

As they toured the park, the woman said she began to feel carsick and decided to get out of the car, with the footage showing her getting out of the car and walking to the other side next to an open car door.

Without warning, a tiger then appears next to her and drags her away off screen.

In the video, she can be seen trying to move away before it drags her away but the animal is too quick for her.

A man is then seen quickly getting out of the car to chase the tiger, as well as a woman, who was later confirmed to be Zhao’s mother.

Sadly, Zhao’s mother was attacked and killed by another tiger as she tried to save her daughter.

Following the incident, the Yanqing district government confirmed an incident had taken place at the park. They also added that another person, which was presumed to be Zhao, was being treated for her injuries.

Footage of the incident sparked mixed reactions online, with many viewers siding with the park and arguing the visitors had violated park rules.

Zhao later filed a lawsuit against the park, claiming she hadn’t been fully informed of the park’s dangers and that a nearby park official had failed to come to the rescue.

However, authorities in in Yanqing District published a report after the attack which stated it was not an ‘industry security accident’, meaning the park was not responsible.

Instead, the report stated the attack happened because those involved were not following the rules of the wildlife park.
