Liam Payne shared videos supporting Niall Horan as they ‘reunited’ at concert just days before his death

Liam Payne’s death has proved particularly difficult for fans as the star had shared videos of himself enjoying his former bandmates concert only days before his death.

One Direction fans have been pouring in tributes for Liam Payne following news that the music star died on October 16.

Police were called to the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Payne was staying, yesterday at around 5:00 P.M.

Authorities were told by the hotel manager a man had fallen from the balcony of his room, confirmed to be that of 31-year-old Payne

Since then, fans of the singer and his former band have begun sifting through his social media pages and reflecting on his recent posts.

Only days prior to his death, Payne had shared a snapchat of himself and his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, as they sung and dance at the concert of Niall Horan, his former bandmate.

Payne had travelled to South America to see Horan perform and even shared a series of videos and pictures on Snapchat, captioning one photo of himself with Niall, ‘Reunited.’

Ahead of the trip, Payne had also told fans he was looking forward to going to Argentina and said that it would give him a great chance to catch up with Horan since it had been a while since they had last spoken.

At the concert, the singer heaped lots of praise to his former bandmate. He even captioned one post: “So happy I got to see Niall in concert.”

The details regarding Payne’s death are still not entirely clear.

One of the doctors who came to the scene of the hotel gave some clarification on the situation.

Argentine doctor Alberto Crescenti said on Todo Noticias TV channel: “At 17.04 through the 911 integrated public safety system, we were alerted of a person who was in an internal courtyard of the management of a south house hotel.

“At 17.11 a SAME team arrived and verified the death of this man and later we found out that he was a singer in a musical group.

“Unfortunately, he had injuries that were incompatible with life, as a result of his fall, so we had to confirm his death, there was no possibility of resuscitation.”

Local media have also said that police were called to the hotel in regards to ‘an aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.’

According to a Sun report, witnesses said Liam smashed his laptop and had to be carried back to his room following the incident.
