People told they have ‘eyes of a sniper’ if they can find two lizards hiding on the ground

sniping lizards

Here we are, another puzzle from the depths of the internet to stare at until we find what we’re looking for.

Reddit has conjured up one more optical test for us mere mortals to have a go at.

If you’re looking for a warm-up, why not try to spot a deer in the woods or a snake in the grass first?

That’s right, we’re back in the Reddit group r/FindTheSniper as another post has gone viral, claiming that you have the ‘vision of a sniper’ if you can find two lizards on the ground.

Have a look:

Can you spot the two little guys? (Reddit/u/jumpthewallstreet)

To tell you the truth, I’m absolutely rubbish at these – my childhood nemesis was a Where’s Wally? book.

So, don’t be ashamed if you’ve been sat squinting at the screen for a bit too long. You’re not alone.

Other social media users were also left stumped because, let’s be honest, they’re more or less camouflaged to the naked eye.

If you’re still stuck, here’s a hint – you’re looking for one lizard facing left while the other’s facing down.

One user claimed that it was ‘too easy’ and that it took them ’10 seconds’ to find both, while someone else said that ‘one lost its tail some time ago’.

OK then, if you think you’ve found them, or you’re fed up and want the answers, here you go.

Do you see them now? (Reddit/u/jumpthewallstreet)

One Reddit user pointed out: “1st one is a little lower then center. The 2nd is 2/3 rds of the way up. 1/4th of the way in on the right.”

Another echoed these directions, saying: “First is just below centre and slightly left, second is in the centre of the top right quadrant of the pic.”

But some were more interested in the lizards themselves, as a third wrote: “They are awesome!! I think they are some sort of fence lizard, though hard to identify as if you zoom in to see them it is difficult to tell exactly.”

If the first two explanations weren’t enough for you, a ‘top one percent commenter’ explained: “One little guy slightly below center of image, the other little guy further away from us, at 1:00, a little less than half way from center towards upper right corner.”

The user who posted the original picture then thanked them for covering their answer, which was correct.

So there you have it – now you know if you could supposedly be a sniper or not. Thankfully, it’s a hard no from me.
