Rain could bring relief — and mudslides, flooding — to fire-ravaged LA

Los Angeles and Ventura counties, where wildfires that broke out early this month are still burning, could see up to an inch of rain Saturday into Sunday, and up to 2 inches in the foothills and mountains.
