Red Rooster Footy Finals Games Day Feast — Why It’s Best For Your Grand Final Party

Just in time for footy finals, Red Rooster has launched a limited-edition Crunch Time Box which it’s saying is guaranteed to ‘satisfry’ your chicken cravings. The box was specially designed to pair with footy finals watching.

The footy feed is a celebration of Red Rooster’s sports partnerships – it’s the ‘Official Chicken’ of the Sydney Roosters, St Kilda Football Club and Touch Football Australia.

“Often, games are close and down to the wire,” writes the fast-food chain. “In those closing minutes, where every play and possession counts, sports fans become filled with urgency, hungry for a win. It’s crunch time.”

Food-wise, the Crunch Time Box packed with many of the chain’s most-loved dishes, including crunchy fried chicken, chicken tender and pineapple fritter. The pack also has two buttermilk wings, a regular mash and gravy and a small chips. Wash it all down with a 375ml can of drink. It’s a great way to sample the best of the menu.

Here’s the cool bit though: the food feast comes in bespoke packaging and comes with a collectible gift in the form of a mini football. There are three to collect with designs inspired by the Sydney Roosters, St Kilda Football Club, and Touch Football Australia.

Also on offer for a limited time – though only in restaurants, excluding airports and stadiums – are cheesy garlic bites. You can grab six bites for $5.

The Crunch Time Box is only available from Wednesday, August 28 until stocks last. You can grab it online, through a drive-thru or dining in at your local Red Rooster restaurant.
