Three charged with murder after body of good Samaritan who left his home to help a stranded motorist was found beside burning car

Jack Upchurch, 40, Elmer Smith, 19, and Wendy Scott, 16, were all charged with first-degree murder, aggravated armed robbery, arson, and theft.
